Tony Cervi

Senior Vice President

Tony Cervi joined Nexus BSP in April 2021 as Vice President, Land & Business Development.  In addition to managing the company’s land portfolio, Tony is responsible for leading all of the company’s activities related to acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, and trades.  Tony is a member of the company’s senior management team and serves as the primary commercial interface with Nexus BSP’s industry partners.

Prior to joining the company, Tony served in various capacities with Casillas Petroleum Resource Partners since 2016, most recently as Vice President, Land & Business Development, and previously as Land Manager and Senior Land Advisor.  Before joining CPRP, Tony held the position of Land Manager with PetroQuest Energy beginning in 2012.  Tony spent the first 10 years of his career with Cimarex Energy Co. working as a landman in several operating areas.

Tony graduated with distinction from the University of Oklahoma in 2002 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Energy Management and completed the Energy Executive Management Program at OU in 2015.  Tony is a Certified Professional Landman and has served on numerous industry boards and committees at the local and national level.
